What we take on
Since 2021 our project marketing arm has run residential launches from pricing to the final unit. We act for the developer and state that in writing to every buyer.
Pricing strategy from district data
We start with what buyers in the district have actually paid. The pricing model draws on registered deals for ready and off-plan units nearby, the prices and sales pace of competing projects, and the unit types buyers are asking us for.
Launch and sales centre
We staff the sales centre and handle enquiries with licensed advisors who know the district, not temporary promoters. Every lead is logged and followed up, show-unit and site visits are booked, and buyers who need financing get help comparing bank offers.
Marketing within Wafi rules
This protects buyers, and it protects the developer from claims later. Before we take a project on, we ask for the delivery guarantee and the escrow account document.
Reporting and fees
You receive a weekly report showing enquiries, viewings, reservations, signed contracts and price achieved against list price for each unit, plus market feedback that may shape the next release.
Fees are set in a written marketing agreement after we have studied the project, typically as a commission on units sold. The first meeting is free, with no commitment.
